How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is €4,50, but it's completely free on all orders over €39.

When will my order arrive?

To reduce waste and support conscious production, our Premium Bio clothes are made on demand.

Production times vary depending on the customization method:

• Printed clothes: 2 to 3 business days.

• Embroidered clothes: 3 to 4 business days.

Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery. In total, your order typically arrives at your doorstep within 5 to 9 business days

What is your return policy?

We offer an easy 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Are returns free?

If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are covered by the customer — this helps us support sustainable consumption, avoid unnecessary environmental impact, and keep our pricing fair. We highly encourage checking our size guide carefully before placing an order to find your perfect fit.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@zarskyy.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery — we'll send you a free replacement or full refund.

How do I start a return?

To start a return or cancel your order, visit our Right of Withdrawal page and fill out the short form — no explanation needed within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please also email us a photo at info@zarskyy.com so we can process a free replacement or refund.
