Refund and withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at ZARSKYY without giving any reason within 30 calendar days, except in the cases listed under Exceptions below.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
The 30-day period starts on the day you, or a person you designate, receive the product. If you buy several items that arrive separately, it starts with delivery of the last one.
Tell us your decision clearly in writing at info@zarskyy.com, stating your name, order number and the items you are returning. You may use the model withdrawal form, which we will send you on request, although it is not mandatory.
Send the items to Carrer de les Filipines 9, 46006 Valencia (Spain) within 30 calendar days of telling us your decision. We recommend using a tracked shipment.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. You are liable for any loss in value of the product if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature and characteristics. The direct cost of returning the items is yours, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund
We will refund all payments received, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 30 calendar days of you telling us you are withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, with a name or text chosen by you), or to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. The fact that a product is made to order does not by itself make it personalized: designs from our catalog are eligible for withdrawal.
Defective, damaged or wrong product
If you receive an item with a printing or manufacturing defect, damaged in transit or different from your order, write to info@zarskyy.com within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping and return costs. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and from the legal guarantee.
Wrong size or choice
If you order the wrong size or color, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days, with return costs at your expense, and place a new order.

Tienes derecho a desistir de tu compra en ZARSKYY sin dar ninguna explicación en un plazo de 30 días naturales, salvo en los casos de excepción indicados más abajo.
Cómo ejercer el desistimiento
El plazo de 30 días empieza el día en que tú, o una persona que designes, recibís el producto. Si compras varios artículos que llegan por separado, empieza con la entrega del último.
Comunícanos tu decisión de forma clara por escrito a info@zarskyy.com, indicando tu nombre, el número de pedido y los artículos que devuelves. Puedes usar el formulario de desistimiento tipo, que te enviaremos si lo pides, aunque no es obligatorio.
Envía los artículos a Carrer de les Filipines 9, 46006 Valencia (España) en un plazo máximo de 30 días naturales desde que nos comuniques tu decisión. Te recomendamos usar un envío con seguimiento.
Condiciones de la devolución
Los artículos deben estar sin usar, sin lavar y en su estado original, con etiquetas y embalaje. Eres responsable de la disminución de valor del producto si se ha manipulado más allá de lo necesario para comprobar su naturaleza y características. Los costes directos de devolución corren por tu cuenta, salvo que el producto sea defectuoso o erróneo.
Reembolso
Reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos, incluidos los gastos de envío estándar de la ida, en un máximo de 30 días naturales desde que nos comuniques tu decisión de desistir. Podemos retener el reembolso hasta recibir los artículos o hasta que acredites su envío, lo que ocurra primero. Usaremos el mismo medio de pago que empleaste en la compra, sin coste adicional para ti.
Producto defectuoso, dañado o equivocado
Si recibes un artículo con un defecto de impresión o fabricación, dañado en el transporte o distinto del pedido, escríbenos a info@zarskyy.com en los 30 días siguientes a la entrega, con fotografías claras del producto y del embalaje. Lo sustituiremos o te reembolsaremos el importe completo, incluidos los gastos de envío y de devolución. Esto es independiente del derecho de desistimiento y de la garantía legal.
Errores de talla o de elección
Si te equivocas de talla o color, puedes ejercer el desistimiento dentro de los 30 días, con los costes de devolución a tu cargo, y hacer un nuevo pedido.
